It is dedicated to people who want to cleanse their body, maintain a balanced diet and lose weight. Principles of the Japanese water diet
- Right after waking up, before brushing your teeth, drink 250 ml of lukewarm water. It’s best to drink it slowly and calmly, in small sips. It should be at room temperature. Only after 45 minutes you can eat breakfast
- During the day you need to drink further doses of water 20 minutes before each meal.
- It is forbidden to drink water while eating food.
- Each meal should last a maximum of 15 minutes.
- After eating, there must be a break from any drinking and eating that lasts at least 2 hours.
- You should drink about 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
- The last liquid should be taken half an hour before bedtime.
- All sweetened and colored drinks must be replaced with water.
- The whole diet should be healthy and balanced.
