Quick and healthy cocktails for hot weather

When the temperature outside is really high, we often do not feel like eating warm and substantial meals. A perfect solution to eat something nutritious and light at the same time are cocktails. Blended fruits with additives provide us with the right amount of energy and vitamins. Here are 3 proven quick and healthy cocktails perfect for hot weather.

Strawberry madness

Ingredients:

  • a glass of strawberries (can be frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 5 Tbsp natural or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal, mountain
  • handful of blueberries

Making:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend. If you don’t have frozen strawberries, you can add 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream or a few ice cubes.

Frozen watermelon

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of diced seedless watermelon
  • juice squeezed from half a lime
  • a few mint leaves
  • a few ice cubes
  • 1,5 glasses of water

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and drink immediately after preparation

Hot melon

Ingredients:

  • half a melon
  • glass of strawberries
  • mineral water
  • ice
  • spoonful of honey
  • few drops of lemon juice

Preparation:

Peel the melon and cut into cubes. Then add the rest of ingredients and blend thoroughly.
