There are days when we really don’t want to get out of bed and go for a workout. Nevertheless, it is not worth giving up doing at least a few exercises. Here are some suggestions that will improve your mood and condition without leaving your beloved bed.
The first exercise is very simple. Lie on your back and place your arms along your body. Then lift your legs up and do alternating right and left swings just above the mattress. Count to 10 while you do it. It’s a great exercise for your abdominal muscles.
The next exercise will also be performed while lying on your back. Lie down comfortably and bend your knees. Then push your hips up and put them back down. Perform this exercise 10 times in three series.
On your side
Another exercise we can easily do while lying on the couch and watching a movie or reading a book. Lie down on your side. Support your head with one hand, put the other on your hip. Now lift your leg up 15 times. Try not to put it down and keep a few millimeters above the other leg. After finishing the series, change sides. Do 3 series for one leg.
