Blended fruits with additives provide us with the right amount of energy and vitamins. Here are 3 proven quick and healthy cocktails perfect for hot weather.
- a glass of strawberries (can be frozen)
- 1 banana
- 5 Tbsp natural or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal, mountain
- handful of blueberries
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend. If you don’t have frozen strawberries, you can add 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream or a few ice cubes.
- 1.5 cups of diced seedless watermelon
- juice squeezed from half a lime
- a few mint leaves
- a few ice cubes
- 1,5 glasses of water
Blend all ingredients and drink immediately after preparation
- half a melon
- glass of strawberries
- mineral water
- spoonful of honey
- few drops of lemon juice
Peel the melon and cut into cubes. Then add the rest of ingredients and blend thoroughly.
